Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This is an automated blinds ordering system, so make sure you have ordered for the right size of our product before placing the order. As soon as you order is confirmed you will receive an automated email confirmation on your order. We do not encourage refund of at any situation.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
We cannot accept Orders for Blinds to be delivered to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. We may terminate any Contract without liability to you where the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom.
It is very important that your measurements are accurate as the blinds which you order are manufactured according to the measurements you provide in your Order. We cannot accept the return of the blinds by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. You are advised to contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like guidance on how to take the required measurements accurately.
Because many of our blinds are custom made to your specifications, we take payment from you at the time you place your order, using the credit or debit card details supplied by you during the checkout process. Please note that this payment is not an acceptance by us of your order or evidence of any contract.
The Order shall be as set out in our Order Confirmation. The Contract for the purchase by you and sale by us of the Blinds shall be formed upon the later of the time upon which we send our Order Confirmation or the receipt by us of payment in full from you for the Blinds. Once the Contract has been formed with you we will file it in electronic for our records.
The price for the blinds is stated on the Order confirmation page. All prices are inclusive of the cost of VAT but are exclusive of the cost of delivery. Payment of the purchase price for the Blinds is due before any delivery by us of the blinds.
Your order is always subject to our acceptance.
We deliver all blinds and readymade curtains within 5-7 business days and made to measure curtains in 14 business days, provided stocks are available.
Whilst every attempt will be made by us to ensure that the Blinds supplied match in every respect any samples shown or description given to you, any minor or immaterial variation between sample or description and the Blinds delivered shall not entitle you to reject the Blinds, nor to withhold or reduce payment of the purchase price, nor claim any compensation for such variation or change.
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performing of any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation: an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.
We will deliver the Blinds to the place noted in the Order. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any delivery or supply date or time specified by us in any Order or otherwise is a best estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that time scale because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may use the information we collect to provide you with news and other information that you may have requested. Occasionally we may notify you about important changes to the site and new information or services that we think you may find valuable. Any personal information received from you will be retained by us and will not be sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed to any third party, unless such disclosure is required by law or other court order.
We warrant that the Blinds will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery of the Blinds to You.
Should any defect in material or workmanship occur within the relevant warranty period after the date of delivery of the relevant Blinds, we will arrange with you to examine the Blinds and, if the Blinds are defective, we shall either repair or replace the defective Blinds free of any charge for labour or materials. The warranties provided in this condition shall not apply where: the relevant fault or defect has been caused by your misuse, fitting and/or neglect of the Blinds or by accidents caused while the Blinds are in your possession; and/or in relation to the Blinds, the fault or defect was apparent on a reasonable inspection which you did not notify to us within 14 days from delivery or supply by us.
Where the blinds are "made to measure" you shall have no right to amend or cancel your order, return the blinds or seek any refund of the price paid by you from us. This is because when we receive your order, the manufacturing process begins immediately and the blinds are manufactured to your exact specification. Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 13(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, conditions 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 shall not apply in this case.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any of Ready Made Curtains within 7 working days of delivery. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays. We will be happy to exchange the Ready Made Curtains or provide you with a full refund provided that, where delivery has taken place, you have returned the Ready Made Curtains to us in the same condition that they were delivered. This right of return is in addition to any other rights, warranties or conditions available to you.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the Ready Made Curtains have been delivered to you, please contact our support department on firstname.lastname@example.org so they can send you an official returns form, and the address for you to send the curtains back to our manufacturer. Please send the Ready Made Curtains securely in the original packaging. We cannot accept the return of any other products other than Ready Made Curtains under this condition.
Our maximum liability to our customers arising out of or in connection with the curtains shall be limited to the replacement value of the product. In relation to customers, we do not accept liability for the fitness of curtains for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item or any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
Customer should send the Readymade curtains to our company address with the original package, we will not refund the shipping charge at any point of time.
